Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide when you apply for or renew membership, contact WFA, make a donation, submit directory details, register for an event, or request member access. Member Directory
Directory information is available only to authorized members and administrators. Members may ask WFA to correct their information or remove their profile from the directory. Directory information must not be harvested, sold, or used for unsolicited commercial messages.
Payments
Membership and donation payments may be processed by PayPal or another third-party payment provider identified at checkout. WFA does not store complete credit card numbers on this website. Payment providers process information under their own privacy policies and terms. WFA may retain transaction references, dates, amounts, membership categories, and payment status for administration and recordkeeping.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including secure WordPress passwords and access controls. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and WFA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where appropriate. You may also request removal from nonessential email communications or the member directory. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate administrative, financial, or legal purposes.
